PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball shooting device capable of releasing a ball with a large elevation angle and a ground ball requiring a depression angle without including an entire device such as a cover including a rotor rotating at a high speed and a ball release plate, and a drive motor.SOLUTION: The pitching device can adjust a ball release angle by adjusting an angle of a hollow shaft 2 for fixedly supporting a cover 5 that includes a rotor 12, and a pitching ball release plate 4 and a ground ball release plate 11 that are rotatable coaxially with a rotor shaft 1 for fixedly supporting the rotor 12.
