Disclosed is a marine caisson for storing oil. The marine caisson for storing oil includes an outer wall protecting oil from seawater and being sunk in the sea; and an inner wall storing the oil by being separated from the outer wall; and a filler comprising fluid matters and mixed matters for delaying time in which the filler is injected through a crack by being arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall when the crack is generated.
