<p>The present invention provides a test device and a control method thereof, capable of acquiring images of a detection subject while maintaining the brightness of the detection subject by comparing signal values of an image of the detection subject with a pre-set target value to control the exposure levels of a light-receiving unit. The test device comprises; a light-emitting unit to irradiate a fine flow apparatus with light; and a light-receiving unit to photograph the detection subject through the light emitted from the light-emitting unit; and a control unit to calculate signal values for the pre-set domains of the detection subject photographed in the light-receiving unit and to adjust the exposure levels of the light-receiving unit depending on a difference between the calculated signal values and the pre-set target values.
