A management apparatus for an air-conditioning system is obtained which can divide a layout drawing into regions for each monitored space, and establish correspondence between each equipment device arranged in individual regions and its block identification information. On the basis of positional information 300 and block information, block information 500 for a region corresponding to an installation position is assigned to each equipment device, and a plurality of equipment devices are divided for each piece of the block information 500 to perform at least one of monitoring of status and control of an operation. |
