<p>Preparing asymmetric(thio)phosphoric acid triamides, comprises reacting a primary amine with (thio)phosphoric acid trichloride to form the corresponding (thio)phosphoric acid amido dichloride and/or (thio)phosphoric acid diamido mono chloride, and reacting the obtained (thio)phosphoric acid amido dichloride and/or (thio)phosphoric acid diamido mono chloride with ammonia. The reaction of (thio) phosphoric acid amido dichloride and/or (thio)phosphoric acid diamido mono chloride with ammonia is performed partially, largely or completely at a temperature below -30[deg] C, preferably -55[deg] C to -40[deg] C.</p> |
