The present invention provides a method and a system to enable a mobile station to select a random access retransmission method in a wireless communication network through a base station. The mobile station comprises a plurality of antennas for communicating with the base station. The mobile station comprises a processing circuit combined with the antennas. The processing circuit is organized to execute random access among random access channel (RACH) burst. The processing circuit transmits a random access signal including an initial transmission power level and/or an initial transmission beam width or retransmits the random access signal by converting a transmission power level (Tx) or a Tx beam width corresponding to the failure of a random access attempt.
