The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a transparent conductive film and a touch panel manufactured using the same comprising: a step of forming a transparent conductive layer on a surface of transparent hardware (S1); a step of forming an over-coating layer by coating a composite for forming the over-coating layer on the transparent conductive layer by hardening the composite (S2); a step of drying and printing a paste composite including the 10 weight% or 50 weight% of phosphoric acid, the 5 weight% or 30 weight% of mineral acid, the 4 weight% or 30 weight% of water solubility binder resin, the 0.1 weight% or 5 weight% of surfactant, and the residual hydrospheric solvent with a predetermined pattern (S3); and a step of washing the printed paste composite. The pattern is unable to be confirmed with the naked eye.
