PURPOSE: A floatable hydraulic power generation device with a turning blade is provided to increase power generation efficiency because the turning blade reduces air resistance and increases rotation force. CONSTITUTION: A floatable hydraulic power generation device comprises a base (110), a shaft member (120), a turning blade (130), and a generator (150). The base is held in a state of being floated on flowing water. The shaft member is rotationally installed on the base. The turning blade is turned by blade turning units (160a,160b) while being rotated on the shaft member by the flowing water. The generator is connected to the shaft member to generate electricity according to the rotation of the shaft member. |
