PURPOSE: A spine facet joint pain diagnosis device is provided to accurately diagnose a pain of a facet joint by synchronizing measured stimulation data with the pain data of a patient. CONSTITUTION: A stimulator(160) controls an intensity of a stimulation. The end part of the stimulator has an obtuse angle. A stimulation control measuring unit(120) measures stimulation intensity data which is applied to a facet joint of a patient. An input unit receives the pain data of the patient.
