The present invention relates to a flame retardant panel using a UV cure type painting process which is recently and widely used and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a flame retardant panel which coats a general low pressure melamine sheet (LPM) (one side or both sides), which is a compression molded sheet manufactured by printing on the one side or both sides of materials (MDF, PB and the like) used widely for building, producing sheet paper and dipping the sheet paper in a melamine resin, with a flame retardant UV cure type coating agent (UV primer + UV low coating agent + UV middle coating agent) and a UV high coating agent, is used for building interior by using a UV cure type painting process as a curing method and is able to manufacture a high-value functional product by giving functions such as antibiotic, stain resistance and the like in UV high coating according to the requirement of a client when the flame retardant panel is used for a ceiling and a wall of a building, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention sticks LPM (18) to one side of a material (19), coats the LPM (18) with a UV primer (17), a flame retardant UV high coating (16), a flame retardant UV middle (15), coats the retardant UV middle coating (15) with UV high coating (14) and coats a surface protection film (13). |
