The present invention relates to a detecting device of temporary attachment of subsidiary materials on a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB), which comprises: a supporting unit on which an object to be detected is seated; a detecting unit including a laser displacement sensor for detecting a height of a subsidiary material temporarily attached to the object by irradiating laser to the object seated in the supporting part; an X-axis transferring unit for moving the laser displacement sensor from above the supporting unit to an X-axis; a Y-axis transferring unit for moving the supporting unit from under the detecting unit to a Y-axis; a control unit for controlling the supporting unit, the detecting unit, the X-axis transferring unit, and the Y-axis transferring unit; an input unit for inputting a setup value of detection requirements for the object into the control unit; and a display unit for displaying whether there is irregularity in the object. According to the present invention, it is possible to rapidly and precisely detecting whether subsidiary materials are present on the FPCB or double attached on the FPCB by detecting states of temporary attachment of transparent, translucent, and opaque leads, devices, films, stiffening plate, and the like using the laser displacement sensor during FPCB production. In addition, it is possible to find out a FPCB with defective attachment early by performing an inspection on a semi-produced FPCB, whereby a defect rate of FPCB can be remarkably reduced. Moreover, the detecting device can perform inspections on various forms of FPCBs by inputting variable setup values (detecting interval, detecting number, detecting height, etc.) for detecting temporary attachment, and increase reliability of detection results by including units (fixing bar, absorption unit) for reliably fixing an FPCB. |
