The present invention relates to a congregative wild bird repelling system using a balloon doll, in which a supporting bar for a balloon doll is formed in two stages up and down, the upper and lower sides of the supporting bar are connected with a foldable hinge, a hand winch is attached to the lower side supporting bar, and a wire is hung to a roller in a secondary supporting bar connected to the lower part of the upper side supporting bar so that the balloon doll is able to be conveniently and safely kept or repaired by rotating the hand winch, pulling the upper side supporting bar with the wire in axis with the hinge, and bending the upper side supporting bar to be close to the ground when the balloon doll is not used or is in repair, or typhoon or heavy rain and wind blows. |
