The present invention relates to a yaw damper structure for a railway vehicle and, more in detail, to a yaw damper structure for a railway vehicle capable of enhancing high speed running stability when running on a linear section and assuring a flexible curve tracking function when running on a curved section by applying an amplitude sensitive damper, of which attenuation force is varied according to the amplitude, to a yaw damper used for assuring the running stability of the railway vehicle. The present invention provides the amplitude sensitive damper of which attenuation force is varied according to the amplitude of the damper generated when the railway vehicle runs, in the yaw damper structure installed traversely between the truck and the chassis in the railway vehicle.
