The nozzle (3) is intended for use in an aperture (2) in the curved wall (1) of a housing under negative pressure and serves, for example, for connecting an experimental device to a vacuum apparatus. It has a projection (6) which fits in the aperture and on whose outer surface (12) there are arranged grooves (13, 14) which run parallel to one another and have inserted sealing rings (15). When the nozzle has been inserted, the groove track follows the penetration surface (11) in the housing wall (1) parallel to its outer edges (8, 10). Satisfactory sealing is thus guaranteed. The nozzle is prevented from slipping into the housing interior (4) by a contact face (9) whose shape is matched to the curvature of the housing wall (1). The nozzle requires no attachment means; it is pressed by the negative pressure in the housing against the wall thereof and held firmly by itself. <IMAGE>
