The present invention relates to an X-ray analysis apparatus having a variable shield which has a structure to effectively prevent the leakage of X-rays. The X-ray analysis apparatus comprises: a table where an object being inspected is seated; an X-ray generation unit which emits X-rays toward the object; a detection unit which detects X-rays scattered from the object; and a shield which forms an inspection space in order to scatter X-rays and perform an inspection by accommodating the object inside thereof, and where a first open unit and a second open unit are formed on the outer circumference thereof in order to place the X-ray generation unit and the detection unit; a first movable unit which is combined with the X-ray generation unit, is placed to cover the first open unit, and can slide and move along the outer circumference of the shield; a second movable unit which is combined with the detection unit, is placed to cover the second open unit, and can slide and move along the outer circumference of the shield; and a variable shield which varies the angles of the X-rays emitted by the X-ray generation unit and the X-rays entering from the detection unit while the first and second open units slide and move along the outer circumference of the shield. Therefore, the X-ray analysis apparatus can perform accurate and various inspections for the object and has excellent shielding performance and improved spatial advantages. |
