VARIABLE COMPRESSION RATIO APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a variable compression ratio device which is installed in an engine which rotates a crank shaft by receiving the combustion power of a mixer from a piston and changes the compression ratio of the mixer. The variable compression ratio device includes: an eccentric bearing assembly which includes an eccentric ring connected with the piston through a piston pin and forming an eccentric hole so that the piston pin is eccentrically installed to be able to rotate and an eccentric link connected with the eccentric ring and delivering rotary power to the eccentric ring; a first connection rod which is installed in one axis-directional side of the eccentric ring in order to be able to rotate; a second connection rod which is installed in the other axis-directional side of the eccentric ring in order to be able to rotate; and a control shaft which is connected to the eccentric link and rotates the eccentric bearing assembly. In the variable compression ratio device, the eccentric ring has the first and second connection rods which are installed to be able to respectively rotate in extended parts by respectively forming the extended parts in both sides of the axial direction. One end of the first and second connection rods is formed as a mounting hole in order to be inserted into the extended parts to be able to rotate and the other end of the first and second connecting rods is eccentrically connected to the crank shaft in order to be able to rotate.
