The present invention relates to a portable fluorescence detection system aimed at high-speed, high-precision detection of antigen using fluorescence, and provides a new concentration-type portable fluorescence detection system capable of obtaining 100% efficiency by reflection of even 30% of fluorescence discarded in the past with the use of a mirror having a spherical surface with 2 semi-spherical mirrors of different radii joined together so as to have a coinciding focus, overcoming limitations of the conventional portable fluorescence detection system that could obtain only 70% efficiency through collecting lights pointing at opposite directions of a photo detector by using only one integrating sphere.
