The device has a section reducer (100) comprising a screw pitch screwed on an external screw pitch of a bottle. The reducer and an intermediate part (200) include a complementary connection unit formed of continuous and discontinuous pads to link the reducer and the intermediate part vertically in a permanent manner. A complementary blocking unit is formed of ribs and inclined strips to block the rotation of the intermediate part with respect to the reducer along a screwing direction and assure free rotation of the intermediate part with respect to the reducer along an unscrewing direction.
