The present invention relates to an X-ray analysis apparatus having a shield which has a structure to effectively prevent the leakage of X-rays. The X-ray analysis apparatus comprises a table where on object being inspected is seated; an X-ray generation unit which irradiates X-rays toward the object; a detection unit which detects X-rays distracted from the object; and a shield which accommodates the table inside thereof and whose outer circumference is combined with the X-ray generation unit and the detection unit. Provided is the X-ray analysis apparatus having a shield which forms part of a circle where the outer circumference of the shield, which is combined with the X-ray generation unit and the detection unit, is centered on the table. Therefore, the X-ray analysis apparatus has excellent shielding performance and improved spatial advantages.
