PURPOSE: Air supplying device for emergency combustion in a CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching) chamber and an air supplying method using the same are provided to completely incinerate the inflammable gas of circulation gas, thereby excluding the danger of explosion and helping the increase of productivity. CONSTITUTION: Air supplying device for emergency combustion in a CDQ chamber includes a first emergency supplying pipe (310), a second emergency supplying pipe (320), an emergency supplying control valve (210), and a controller (200). The first emergency supplying pipe is connected with a combustion air supplying pipe (300) and supplies the process air in an emergency. The second emergency supplying pipe is separated from the first emergency supplying pipe and includes an emergency supplying blower so as to forcedly supply the emergency air. The controller reads the detected values outputted from a pressure detecting sensor (110), a temperature detecting sensor (120), and a gas component detecting sensor (130), and controls the opening of emergency supplying control valve. |
