PURPOSE:To save human labor in the process of discharge processing by cleaning automatically splash attached to the processed part of a work. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 9 makes cleaning of a work 2 being processed by moving reciprocatively over the work 2 while spraying liquid either continuously or intermittently. In the event that need for replacement of the electrode or alteration of processing conditions is generated midway through discharge processing, the processing is abrupted according to a command signal from , for ex., an NC system. To remove sludge such as splash attached to the work 2, a command signal is sent to a control device 15, which is to control opening/closing of a solenoid operated valve 14 and reversible operation of a motor 11, and liquid begins to jet out of the nozzle 9. |
