PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of assembly and also to make outward appearance of a game board excellent, by making it possible to attach board surface components not individually but at a time, when constructing the board surface components on the game board, in a game machine the game board of which is formed of a transparent material so as to make almost the whole surface of the game board an effective playfield. SOLUTION: The game machine includes the game board the playfield of which is formed on the front side and which is formed of a light-transmitting material. In the game board, a through hole piercing from the playfield to the reverse side of the game board is formed, while the board surface components are provided via the through hole and are formed at positions where game balls running down on the playfield can come into contact with the board surface components. In this game machine, the board surface components are so provided in a frame member as to constitute a board surface unit body and are attached from the reverse side of the game board as the board surface component unit body.
