The connecting element has main portion that is provided on an outer surface of a component (100), and has a sheath (2) that is located opposite to the connecting element. A filler material (3) is provided within the sheath, and is more elastic than the material forming the sheath. The sheath and the filler material are continuous and are provided in the component that is attached to an anchoring element (10). The filler material is aluminum and resin.
