Latex composition

Latex composition comprises a latex compound containing less than 55% of styrene, a heat sensitive gelling agent consisting of polyether-polysiloxane group, a foaming agent, and a vulcanizing agent. Independent claims are included for: (1) products such as combined compositions for simultaneously, separately or sequentially for preparing a foamed and gelled latex having a density of less than 450 g/l, comprising a first product comprising the gelling agent consisting of polyether-polysiloxane group, a second product comprising the vulcanizing agent consisting of oxides, mercapto, sulfenamides, thiurams, thiocarbamates, amines, thiophosphates, thiourea, thiazoles and guanidines, preferably zinc bis(dibutyldithiocarbamate), zinc diethyldithiocarbamate, zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate, zinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole or sodium 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, 2,2'-dithiobenzothiazole disulfide, N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, N-tert-butylbenzothiazole-2-sulfenamide, bis(triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide, tetraethylthiuram disulfide, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, tetramethylthiuram monosulfide, tetramethylthiuram polysulfide, dipentamethylenethiuram hexasulfide, dimethyldithiocarbate, N, N'-ethylenethiourea, 2-(morpholinothio)benzothiazole, sulfur, N,N'-diphenylguanidine, N,N'-di-o-tolylguanidine, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, calcium oxide, barium oxide, copper oxide, cerium oxide, stearic acid, zinc stearate, zinc 2-ethylhexanoate, zinc monoglycerolate, zinc sulfide, dibutylamine and/or diphenylguanidine, a third product comprising the non-ionic foaming agent consisting of polyglycolated or sulfated fatty alcohol ethers, ethoxylated castor oils, ethoxylated fatty amines, ethoxylated fatty acids, esters of glycerol, esters of glycol, esters of polyoxyethyleneglycol, esters of polyoxyethylene sorbitan, sugar esters, condensed alkanolamides, amine oxides, polyethylene glycols, ethoxylated or non-ethoxylated sorbitan esters and/or ethoxylated/propoxylated copolymers, and a fourth product comprising the latex compound consisting of natural latex and synthetic latex; (2) producing a latex composition comprising supplying the latex compound consisting of natural latex and synthetic latex in a mixing vessel, adding the vulcanizing agent in the mixing vessel, adding the non-ionic foaming agent in the mixing vessel with the formation of foamed and gelled latex, adding the gelling agent, filler and thickener in the vessel, applying the gellable foamed latex on a support or in a mold, and gelling the gellable foamed latex on the support or in the mold; and (3) use of the non-ionic foaming agent for gelling the latex composition in foamed and gelled state.
