A juice extraction device including a grater is disclosed. The juice extraction device includes a cylindrical body wherein at least the upper side is opened, a grater element installed inside the cylindrical body to be rotated to the horizontal direction by vibration, and a vibration motor vibrating the grater element. Juice or fresh slices are produced by grinding juicing objects contacting the upper side of the grater element when the grater element vibrates and rotates to the horizontal direction.
