The present invention relates to a rainwater recycling device of a balcony. In accordance with the present invention, the rainwater recycling device includes a plurality of rainwater collecting containers on the outside of a handrail in the balcony and stores rainwater. A rainwater discharge pipe is connected to a rainwater storing container installed in the balcony, and the rainwater is supplied to and stored in the rainwater storing container. The rainwater is used for growing plants, washing, and cleaning so that tap water can be saved so that the present invention can be helpful to domestic economy. The present invention also can be helpful to form pleasant residential environment as it can lower inside temperature in the summer.
