The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mixing head which mixes multiple fluid materials and discharges the multiple fluid materials and, more specifically, to a mixing head with improved mixing performance capable of more effectively performing mixing and a discharging apparatus thereof. Accordingly, the present invention provides the mixing head which mixes and discharges the multiple materials being independently supplied and which comprises: a mixing member in which a first mixing of materials is performed; a discharging member which is connected to a mixing chamber, wherein the materials are flowed in a discharging flow path; a penetrating flow path which forms the part of the discharging flow path; a rotator which is able to be inclined at a constant angle so that a throat section is formed at the discharging flow path by being rotated in a state in which the central axis line of the penetrating flow path corresponds with the central axis line of the discharging flow path; and an actuator which rotates the rotator.
