A ship propeller having a pressure equalizing unit is provided to reduce vibration and noise of a ship and to prevent damage to or fatigue fracture of the ship due to vibration of a stern. A ship propeller includes a plurality of blades(20) and pressure equalizing units(30). The blades generate propulsive force of a ship. Each of the equalizing units is formed on a suction surface(24) of the blade to prevent erosion of the propeller and pressure variation of the ship due to cavitation and has a plurality of grooves(31). The equalizing unit is formed in a range of 0.1 to 40% from an end of the blade toward a center of rotation of the propeller or in a range of 0.1 to 60% from a front end of the propeller toward a rear end of the propeller. |
