PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coolant circulating pathways for guiding a coolant circulating in the inside of a cover member for covering a coil end portion, to the coil end portion to circulate the coolant in a wide range of the coil end portion, thereby utilizing the coolant for cooling the coil end portion. SOLUTION: An axial end uneven portion 45 is formed in a shaft end inner surface 28 of the cover member 25, a front end of an axial sheet protruding portion 40 formed by protruding an inter-phase insulating sheet 27 inserted between conductors 26 of a coil end portion 23 from the axial end surface 29 of the coil end portion 23 is inserted into a concave portion 42 of the axial end uneven portion 45 so as to have a first gap 43, a convex portion 41 of the axial end uneven portion 45 is inserted in the gap between two adjacent axial sheet protruding portions 40 so as to have a second gap 44 with the axial direction end surface 24 of the coil end portion 23, and the first gap 43 and the second gap 44 are used as coolant pathways for circulating a coolant for cooling the coil end portion 23.
