A group connection layout enables simultaneous connecting of three or more connections K1, K2, K3 in a telephone network with four-wire circuit parts for information signals which can have the form of voice, alarm and/or data signals. The particular connection is hooked up via ports to a common first bus connection containing amplifier matrices F1, F2, F3 or similar elements. The particular connection is hooked up to an assigned detection element K which detects the information signals occurring in the link and directed at the device. The detector element for the particular link is arranged to commonly produce control of the switching on and/or off of attenuation in all connected links in such a way that said information signals remain essentially or entirely unattenuated. Said first bus connection contains two conductor pairs which are assigned to each direction for the information signals between the ports. The detector element provides for control of the elements switching the attenuation on and/or off for the other links via a second bus connection which contains two direct current pathways which are detached from said conductor pair for the information signals.
