The method involves determining two subsets of nodes, which are used as intermediate nodes for the communications between customer nodes. The dissemination of bonds is carried out at two different frequencies. A best road or a best way to forward the communications of one of the nodes to other node is determined using the measurements of quality carried out on the bonds of a network. A recommendation of road to the nodes that offer better properties, which direct connection to join other nodes, is sent by an appointment server after each phase of dissemination.
