<p>Forming a plastic film by: supporting a carrier film 14 made of a second plastics material having a matrix 20 on an upper surface thereof for retaining the first plastics material on the carrier film when the first plastics material is in a fluid state; applying the first plastics material in a fluid state to the carrier film; and removing the matrix from the carrier film to form a lamination comprising the carrier film and the formed film. Preferably the carrier firm 14 is polyethylene, the fluid coating is polyurethane and the matrix is a mesh 20.</p> |
