The hinge has a fitting (10) that is designed as a door bracket (11) and a fitting (20) that is designed as a counter-fitting (21). The fittings form a gap (32) and are interconnected through a rotary joint (34) that is pivoted about an axis of rotation (31). A positioning device (70) enables displacement of two fittings along a direction parallel to the axis of rotation. The positioning device varies the gap width during pivoting of door (101) and adjustment of displacement of fittings relative to each other in a direction perpendicular to the rotational axis.
