A medical inspection method through inspection image interface is performed by a console device in a hospital system comprising a terminal for inputting at least one medical inspection order including patient information and medical inspection information from a doctor; a hospital information system for storing inspection information for each medical inspection performed by a medical inspection device and outputting the inspection information corresponding to the medical inspection information in at least one medical inspection order for each patient, received from the terminal along with the corresponding patient information; and the console device for storing an inspection guide image corresponding to each inspection information and controlling the medical inspection device. The medical inspection method through inspection image interface comprises the steps of outputting an inspection guide image corresponding to the inspection information received from the hospital information system on a screen of the console device; controlling the medical inspection device according to a performance request of the inspection corresponding to the inspection guide image outputted on the screen of the console device and photographing an inspection image of a patient; and outputting the inspection image photographed by the medical inspection device on the screen of the console device through the inspection image interface.
