PURPOSE: A device measuring orofacial pain of a mouse is provided to measure pain threshold of an animal for an experiment by using automate system. CONSTITUTION: A device measuring orofacial pain (100) comprises a hollow type accommodating unit (110); an air storage unit (120); an air pressure control unit (130) controlling the amount of air; a compensation supply unit (140) which is adjacent to one side of the accommodation unit; an air supply unit (150) arranged towards one side of the accommodation unit; a contact detecting unit (160) sensing the contact of the compensation supply unit and an experiment animal in the accommodation unit; a calculation storage unit (170) connected to the contact detecting unit; a sensing plate (180) connected to the contact detecting unit; an injection member (142); and an amplifier (190) connected to the sensing plate and the contacts detecting unit.
