Microfluidic structures and a microfluidic device including the same according to an embodiment of the present invention connect a plurality of chambers in a row but make difference for location of each chamber which are connected in a row and connect each chamber to a chamber in the next step using siphon channels in order to efficiently quantitative distribute fluid to a plurality of chambers without a separate driving source. In the microfluidic device including a rotary platform and microfluidic structures formed on the platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, the microfluidic structures comprises: a sample supply chamber which accommodates samples; a plurality of first chambers which are arranged in circumference direction of the platform and has different distances from rotation center of the platform; and a plurality of siphon channels which respectively connect the plurality of first chambers. |
