PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like non-return spouting nozzle which is obtained by superposing two surface and back flexible laminated plastic films on each other, and maintains its spouting direction in the predetermined direction, and prevents any unexpected leakage of a packaged article in a bag even when a packaging bag is toppled while the spouting nozzle is in an unsealed state. SOLUTION: The film-like non-return spouting nozzle consists of a pair of flexible laminated plastic films, which are flat and superposed on the front and back sides thereof, and demonstrates the self-seal non-return function with its base end being bonded to a side part or the top part of a packaging bag body, and projected to the side or upward of the packaging bag body. One end of the discharging tube is inserted in a spouting passage from the position of a spout formed by cutting off its tapered fore end, and the other end of the discharging tube projected forwardly from the position of the formed spout is located on the inner side from the fore end bonded part of the film-like non-return spouting nozzle.
