PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic-resin-made double container which solves limitation and difficulty of a conventional double container and a delamination bottle, reduces limitation in shape such that a mouth tube of an outer vessel is made to be wide in the double container comprising the outer vessel forming a shell and an inner vessel exhibiting volume reduction and deformation functions, and enables simple assembly and fixing of the outer vessel and the inner vessel. SOLUTION: In the synthetic-resin-made double container, both the outer vessel 11 and the inner vessel 21 are blow-molded bottles made of synthetic resin with the inner vessel molded to be thin as shrinkage-deformable in the part from shoulders 23 to the bottom 25, and deformed after being inserted inside through the mouth tube 12 of the outer vessel with its diameter reduced as shrunk or crushed in the part from the shoulders to the bottom to keep the deformed area with the diameter reduced recovered to swell into an original shape, wherein the shoulders of the inner vessel are locked with shoulders 13 of the outer vessel from downward so that the inner vessel cannot be drawn out from the outer vessel.
