A delamination apparatus includes: a stage which receives a bottom supporter, an acceptor substrate which is located on the bottom supporter, and a donor film which is laminated with the bottom supporter along the edge of the acceptor substrate while interposing the acceptor substrate; a first gripper which is located on the end of the stage, grips the end of the donor film, and moves in a direction away from the acceptor substrate; and a first peeling roll which is located on the donor film, supports the donor film located between the acceptor substrate and the first gripper, and rotates by itself in a first gripper direction.
