In a method for driving a display panel, first pixel data is applied to a first pixel connected to the first data line of the display panel for a first sub frame interval though a first switching device connected to a data channel of a data driving part. Second pixel data of which level is higher than the level of the first pixel data is applied to a second pixel connected to the second data line of the display panel for a second sub frame interval though a second switching device connected to the data channel of the data driving part.
