PURPOSE: A virtual management simulator, a control method thereof, and a virtual management simulator system are provided to convert a simulation screen using a foot of a user by converting the simulation screen displayed on a display unit based on the pressure applied in a pedal. CONSTITUTION: A virtual management simulator(100) comprises a display unit(130), a pedal(110), and a simulation process unit(120). The display unit displays a simulation screen. The pedal is formed to receive the pressure from the outside. The simulation process unit controls the degree of converting the screen displayed on the display unit based on one or more elements among a pressurizing point and the range of pressurizing when the pressure applies to the pedal.
