<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing strength of a material to be fixed without increasing a usage of an adhesive by suppressing a surface skin material from generating dimples, and preventing cracks of the material to be fixed such as a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a dimpleless honeycomb sandwich panel 11 made by sticking the surface skin materials 14, 15 on both sides of the front and back of a honeycomb core 13 through the adhesive 16 includes the step of charging the honeycomb core 13 in a frame body 19 in a compression state, the step of laminating the surface skin materials 14, 15 on both the sides of the front and back of the honeycomb core 13 through the adhesive 16 and sticks the surface skin materials 14, 15 on the honeycomb core 13 by pressurizing and heating the laminated body, and the step of removing the frame body 19 from the honeycomb core 13 after the surface skin materials 14, 15 are stuck.
