<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a back-surface protective sheet for the solar cell module that can reduce the amount of air bubbles between layers, even when barrier properties are is improved by using a plurality of layers comprising barrier films, each having inorganic oxide vapor-deposited on a sheet of resin, and to provide a back-surface protective sheet for the solar cell module manufactured by such a method of manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the back-surface protective sheet 1 for the solar cell module, having a weather-resistive resin layer 2 with weatherability on its back surface, the weather-resistive resin layer 2, and at least three vapor-deposited resin layers (3, 4 and 5) having vapor-deposited films (32, 42 and 52) of a metal oxide on their top surface sides are laminated by dry lamination processing, the vapor-deposited resin layers 3, 4 and 5 having a vapor permeability of 0.03 to 0.5 g/m<SP>2</SP>×day at 40°C and 90%RH. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
