The present invention provides a device for injecting an antiseptic solution into a small scale water supply system which comprises the followings: a liquid injection pump injecting the antiseptic solution into water supplied through a water intake tube by making the accurate control of the injection amount of antiseptic solution per flow rate possible by detecting a change in conductivity of relative water flow before and after injecting the antiseptic solution; a control unit controlling the operation of the liquid injection pump for adjusting the supply amount of the antiseptic solution in a proper level by the flow rate of the water intake tube; and a pair of first and second detection sensors located on the front and rear ends around the position where an outlet pipe of the liquid injection pump is located inside the water intake tube, for transferring detection values of the flow rate of the water intake tube to the control unit.
