A vessel with a generator is disclosed. The vessel with a generator includes: a body for floating in the water to be operated; a stern part at the tip end of the body; and an interceptor protruding from the stern part towards the bottom to change the operation position of the body. The interceptor may include: a support bar joined to the stern part to extend to the surface of the water; and a generating wheel joined to the tip end of the support bar to be rotated to generate power by being rotated by the friction with the surface of the water.
