The present invention relates to a construction method for a precast concrete (PC) balcony and a PC balcony for a building. The construction method for a PC balcony includes a step of inserting a hanging member protruding from the side surface of a handrail unit of the PC balcony toward an outer wall into a hanging plate installed in a first housing embedded in the outer wall; a step of installing a mold between the outer wall and the PC balcony as the hanging member is inserted; and a step of placing and curing concrete to cover the hanging member and the hanging plate.
