<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module device such that snow on a solar cell module inclined gently to effectively use sunlight is made to fall in a snowfall district of high latitude. <P>SOLUTION: A body case 10 is interposed between an inclined roof 3 and the solar cell module 2. The body case 10 is provided with a working film 14 constituted by providing conductive high polymer layers on both surfaces of a dielectric elastomer. The working film 14 is repeatedly applied with a voltage and not applied to expand and shrink, thereby applying vibration to the solar cell module 2.
