A solar cell module having high reliability by increasing heat release of a bypass diode is provided. A solar cell panel 2 internally including a photoelectric conversion unit, a holding member 3 disposed at a periphery of the solar cell panel to hold the solar cell panel 2, a heat release plate 13 spaced from the solar cell panel 2 and disposed in the holding member 3, and a bypass diode 14 attached to the heat release plate 13 so as to be spaced from the solar cell panel 2 and electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion unit are included. An attachment surface 14b of the bypass diode 14 to the heat release plate 13 is disposed to face the holding member 3. |
