Shoe with a sole comprising an air-circulation system which operates during walking. An air-inlet channel 5, pierced in the wall of the heel, and a spring 4 are arranged under the heel insole 3 so as to draw fresh outside air into this heel via a valve 5-1. An air-outlet channel 6, with a valve 6-1, and grooves 7-1 of the insole 2 distribute this air and inject it into the shoe via holes 7-2. Application in particular to leather shoes intended for hot humid regions. <IMAGE>
