A plunger (24) is disposed in the hollow interior (21) and is axially movable. The plunger (24) includes at least one driving lug (44) and at least one latching lug (46). A latching ring (32) is rotatably disposed in the hollow interior (21), the rotation of which by the plunger lugs (44, 46) creates a cable pull and a cable release state of the actuator.</p> |
